The migration to virtual and hybrid working opens up a number of opportunities – to overhaul talent deployment, and to break down the hierarchies which threaten effective working, so long as we attend to the difficulties in communication which may accompany such practices.
Almost thirty years on from the publication of the first edition of this book, it is immensely rewarding to celebrate the third edition as we reflect on the growth of Team Role theory and practice facilitated by our network of distributors and Belbin champions worldwide.
